I have been going to Rich's for auto service for years. In todays environment it is hard to find companies that stand behind what they believe and have the integrity to back that up. Rich's did that today for me and I can not speak highly enough about their company and the people that work there. I had purchased 4 Cooper Evolution 225/65R17 tires on 8/21/20. I discovered a softball size bulge on the front driver side on 5/26/21 and had replaced with a new Cooper Evolution tire. On 6/8/21 I found another bulge on the driver side rear tire. Again had replaced. To my amazement the new front driver side tire blew in a parking lot on 6/12/21. After 3 faulty Cooper Evolution Tires no more - I went into Rich's on 6/14/21 and they replaced at no charge with Michelin Defenders to honor what they stand for. It was about doing right for me and keeping me safe. I can't Thank them enough! Hopefully upon investigation into these 3 incidents and the tire in question they will be reimbursed by Cooper Tires. Thank you so much for the quick, efficient service this morning replacing the taillight lens cover on Acura. Your new employee( don’t know his name), was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Will come to you for all future maintenance and will definitely recommend you.

We took our car to a local deal and we were told our timing chain needed replaced for $2400 to stop the stuttering my car was experiencing. We took it to Rich’s for a second opinion and they diagnosed it was a solenoid and fixed it for $280 out the door and now my car works great! They saved us from making a very costly mistake and we will be back for any future repairs!
