I just want to first start out by saying I am not one of their bigger spending customers by any means.
As of now I had bought a hood deflactor (forget the brand,sorry) and Weather Tech Floor Mats. The owner went over styles with me, showing me pictures and examples and when I asked her for pricing on 3 models she did it without hesitation. I found one that I never knew existed and when I found it it was exactly what I wanted. It fit the contour of the hood great, no gaps for leaves to get stuck in. I told her I needed a couple of weeks and would order and she understood. Then for Christmas my wife got me Visa cards through her job that she can earn to get the mats. I knew what I wanted and between the Weather Tech and Hisky Mats they sell there are many examples and prices. My wife's Highlander came with whatever brand Toyota uses similar to the Weather Techs. What I don't like on hers is that there is a gap between the door sills and mats for debri to get in. I told their employee I wanted to avoid that style. The wife's hisbaheard the young man and I talking and told the young man, "Quote these two models for him." The owner said I would be spending maybe another $20 which was fine because they were what I wanted. When the arrived the owner carried the one box out for me and because of the options for the back floor I asked him to make sure they fit before I left. Which he did without any issue.
I highly recommend that if you are in the market for any of the products they sell to give them a look and see if they can help you.
